I am a licensed real estate broker and the owner of LiLianLi LLC. While I was working in residential real estate, I obtained a master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. I work on both commercial and residential real estate transactions and can assist you in all aspects of the real estate business, including property searches, acquisitions, development, financing, investment and sales. I also provide training and supervision for real estate associates.

My mission is to help buyers, sellers, investors and property developers to identify and acquire premium properties and investment opportunities and to provide beautiful homes for people who need a place to live and optimum places for people to work.

I was born and raised in China and have lived in Canada and the United States. My extensive and varied life and professional experiences help me to bridge the gap between Chinese and Western cultures and languages. My education and work experience in mechanical engineering and commercial real estate investment help me to provide my clients with great market research, to accurately determine the market value of their property and to advise them on how that value can be enhanced by development and additional improvements. My additional business skills and financial education background facilitate my customers in successful acquisition, development, management and sale of their properties and help my agents grow in their real estate career and business skills.
